The harassed TM teacher lives in a trailer, while Dr. Tony Nader, the international TM leader suing him, indulges in a beachfront luxury villa worth $25.5 million, featuring six bedrooms

“The neo-Hindu king, Tony Nader, who controls Maltese and Cypriot offshore companies and, as previously reported, also holds companies in France and Florida, directs his kingdom from a modest luxury villa built on an oceanfront lot purchased in December 2015 for $4.2 million – 1.2 billion HUF at the time. Meanwhile, the New Zealand TM teacher being sued by Nader’s offshore companies, Maharishi Vedic University Limited and Maharishi Foundation Limited, lives in a trailer. This is yet another chapter in the saga of Vedic Morality”, writes the Hungarian blog tm.meditacio.hu, which we reproduce here in full.

New information about the lawsuit against New Zealand TM teachers has emerged in the Facebook group “TM: Next Generation.” The author, David Laird, created an illustration showing a luxury villa on the left and a trailer on the right. Here it is:

Based on this illustration, we identified the modest villa on the left side of the image, located at 1230 N. Ocean Way, Palm Beach, Florida. The home of Bryan Lee, a former New Zealand TM leader, is on the right. Tony and Bryan have one thing in common: they both devoted their lives to the TM movement, yet, as Laird’s caption suggests, the dream of equal conditions remains just that. We have no doubt about who has the moral and humility advantage.

According to the government site pbcpao.gov, Tony Nader’s company purchased the lot in December 2015 for $4.2 million, the last recorded purchase transaction.

PAPA – 1230 N OCEAN WAY

NOTE: Sales do not generally appear in the PAPA database until approximately 1 to 3 weeks after the closing date. If a recent sale does not show up in this list, please allow more time for the sale record to be processed.

The real estate site zillow.com estimates the current market value of the vastu luxury villa at $25.5 million, around 9.5 billion HUF.

Six bedrooms and two rooms in the garage building for servants attending to the royal family

With three wings wrapping around a central courtyard, the symmetrical house stands far back on its lot, allowing for a long driveway and a pool in the front yard. In all, the main house will have six bedrooms with two others for staff in the detached garage building. Most of the house will be screened from the street by tall hedges, according to the landscape plan by Lang Design Group.

Architect Harold J. Smith of Smith and Moore Architects, however, could probably ace it, now that he has designed a house on the North End that adheres to strict architectural and planning principles based on ancient Sanskrit texts from India.

Similar to those who embrace the Chinese principles of feng shui, proponents of Vedic architecture say that by carefully aligning a building on its site and including specific design elements, a structure will nourish the well-being of its occupants. Taking advantage of the sun’s energy is key to the philosophy, so a building’s exterior entrances, for instance, typically face east to greet the sunrise. In the same way, rooms are arranged in a certain order with specific proportions. Exterior water features, such as swimming pools, also must be strategically positioned.

Smith and his team immersed themselves in Vedic principles when they were commissioned to design a new two-story house at 1230 N. Ocean Way on a vacant lot owned by Dr. Antoine “Tony” Nader and his wife, Velia.

Dr. Nader and his family have lived in another North End house for several years and had searched for four years for a suitable property “to fit our requirements,” according to a letter he wrote and filed with the town. At nearly a half-acre, the property is larger than many lots in the neighborhood, which lies about midway between the Palm Beach Country Club and the northern tip of the island.

Using an ownership company, Dr. Nader and his wife paid $4.275 million for the lot in January, represented by agent Elizabeth “Betty” Jones of Mary Overall Real Estate. Agent Patricia Mahaney of Sotheby’s International Realty had listed the property for seller Margaret Dorrance N. Duriez.

North End home with Vedic principles wins board approval

It sounds like one of those categories that occasionally stump Jeopardy! contestants: “I’ll take Maharishi Vedic Architecture for $400, Alex.” Architect Harold J. Smith of Smith and Moore Architect…

Becoming a Maharaja: Your karma awaits!

Here are some images showing the material wealth attainable if one secures the position of Maharishi’s successor. For those who do not achieve this noble mission, the movement’s slogan, “its your karma”, awaits. And for those who dare to investigate or question the Raja about financial matters publicly as Bryan and his associates did, there’s always the option of facing court as defendants.

Tony Nader’s Florida company: N Ocean LLC

Researching various U.S. registries has confirmed that the luxury villa serves as the residence of the Maharaja, who carefully hides his royal status on official sites. We also uncovered another Nader company, headquartered again at 1230 N Ocean Way, Palm Beach, Florida. Here’s the latest 2024 document of N Ocean LLC from the Florida Department of State:

Other U.S.-based companies linked to Dr. Tony Nader: INTERCONTINENTAL COMMODITY SERVICES, INC., INTERCONTINENTAL MIDDLE EAST CONSULTING SERVICES, INC.

Tony was a sales manager for INTERCONTINENTAL COMMODITY SERVICES, INC. and a product manager for INTERCONTINENTAL MIDDLE EAST CONSULTING SERVICES, INC., as noted on b2bhint.com/en/officer/55569312.

The Luxury Aspect of Maharaja’s Consciousness Development

Public records from the Florida Department of State reveal that Tony Nader updated his residential address in 1983 to 95 W Sunrise Ave, Coral Gables, Florida, an address that, according to redfin.com, currently houses a villa valued at $2.1 million.

As we reported in our article taken from RajaLeaks, the Tony Nader Revocable Trust purchased a luxury villa at 1436 North Ocean Way, Palm Beach, for $1.3 million in 2009, later selling it for $3.8 million in 2019.

For years, Tony owned two luxury villas in Palm Beach.

Where does Tony Nader aka the Maharaja live?

The Florida Department of State’s records list the 9.5 billion HUF villa as Tony's residence beginning in 2023. However, the Nader-owned N Ocean LLC has been registered at this address since 2015 and remains registered there.

Information on the expenses of the vastu villa, built by Smith and Moore Architects, is unavailable. However, as reported by palmbeachdailynews.com, the construction likely ran into millions of dollars.

This is how the TM movement under Dr. Tony Nader rewards those who dedicate their lives and finances to it

Bryan Lee was invited in 1997 to invest in a New Zealand property to be used as a pandit academy. Over time, enthusiasm for the project waned and, after donating a piece of the land to the movement, the other investors proceeded to build houses on the plot. Bryan was unable to do so, as he had sunk all his money into the land purchase and other movement activities. Under New Zealand law, the other investors are obliged to compensate him, but they hired lawyers in order to minimise the payout, so the case currently languishes in legal limbo. One of the investors is a raja, Raja Graeme Lodge, so the possibility of some ill feeling carrying over into the current action cannot be entirely discounted.

– writes David Laird regarding the first defendant in the offshore lawsuit.

Bryan Lee, a TM and TM-Sidhi teacher, served Maharishi for nearly 50 years and gave his wealth to the movement. He and his co-defendants, who face financial ruin, silencing, and intimidation through this lawsuit, find this treatment appalling. Tony Nader’s plaintiff offshore company – whose leaders do not appear in court, thus avoiding direct questioning – presented no evidence of intellectual property violation or unfair business practices in their complaint. Bryan and his associates' "offense" was asking ethical and financial questions and addressing uncomfortable topics on their video podcast, "Conversations in the Hive". The hidden, authoritarian legal battle reeks of arrogance and conceit. As of this article’s publication, 115 kind donors have supported Bryan and his associates in the trailer-vs-luxury-villa scandal, raising 45% of the needed amount. Among the donors, several, including Susan Shumsky, Robert Gordon (a former skin-boy at Maharishi), and Doug Hamilton, have shared their names. One anonymous donor contributed $9,605 to help Bryan Lee and his associates in their disproportionate struggle against the gilded offshore kings.
