This music video was created by Raja Numan and Raja von Grossoffenheit, who have worked together on several music videos. Mr. Numan writes the song lyrics and Mr. Grossoffenheit puts it together with video editing software.
The video for today is about staff work at various TM places, how they are helping with World Peace Assemblies, Teacher Training Courses, various meditation courses, and even in Ayurveda, or other related centers. Often the people visiting these venues have no idea, that the people working around them, are underpaid, and underreported, and without proper employee protection. Often they do not even have a proper employment agreement.
In several European locations, the Raja Kingdom uses people from non-western countries, which is OK, if they give them a minimum wage. Food and accommodations for staff, should not be deducted from their minimum wage! That would be unethical, and remind people of a kind of servitude that existed in some parts of the world for hundreds of years.
All these staff people should organize into a collective workforce, with legal common representation. A UNION if you will. It may not be a union accepted across the board, yet the staff workers need something representing a union without the fear of being thrown out if they try to join.
So here is the music video for today: No Retirement for Staff

(Verse)
In the shadows, a hidden truth untold,
Unknown to the TM community’s fold,
World Peace Assemblies and Teacher Training too,
A veil concealing the staff’s turmoil.
(Pre-Chorus)
Trodden down, their worth unrecognized,
No retirement benefits, their future compromised,
While supporters cheer, unaware of the plight,
“It’s their karma,” a dismissive insight.
(Chorus)
Unseen and unheard, their struggles persist,
Working tirelessly, their dreams dismissed,
In the name of peace, they sacrifice it all,
But their plight remains unknown, their voices small.
(Verse)
Amidst Ayurveda clinics and university walls,
Staff toil silently, as the curtain falls,
Their hardships hidden behind a facade,
No glimpse of the financial burden they’ve had.
(Pre-Chorus)
Unseen, unacknowledged, their efforts unseen,
Supporters unaware, how the staff has been,
“It’s their karma,” the common refrain,
As their hopes wither, their dreams remain.
(Chorus)
Unseen and unheard, their struggles persist,
Working tirelessly, their dreams dismissed,
In the name of peace, they sacrifice it all,
But their plight remains unknown, their voices small.
(Bridge)
But let us shed light on their unseen plight,
Raise their voices, bring their struggles to light,
Supporters must learn, understand the truth,
The staff’s sacrifice, their shattered youth.
(Chorus)
Unseen and unheard, their struggles persist,
Working tirelessly, their dreams dismissed,
In the name of peace, they sacrifice it all,
But their plight remains unknown, their voices small.
